Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NexusFinLabs (“Zoentia One”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operator of the Zoentia One website at one.nexusfinlabs.com (the “Site”), collects, uses and protects personal data. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) and applicable national data protection law.

1. Data controller

The data controller responsible for your personal data is:

2. What personal data we collect

We only process the personal data you choose to provide when you contact us or request a governance review through the Site. We do not collect special categories of data. Specifically:

  • Contact details: your name and business email address.
  • Professional details: your company and role.
  • Enquiry content: any information you include in the message field or in emails you send us.
  • Technical & usage data: standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability, and — only if you consent — privacy-focused analytics (see section 4).

3. How and why we use your data (legal bases)

4. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses essential cookies required to function. It also offers optional analytics that load only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner:

  • Umami — a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool we self-host, for aggregate visit and geography statistics.
  • Microsoft Clarity — aggregate heatmaps and session insights, with automatic masking of any text you type, so form content is never captured.

Nothing analytics-related is loaded if you decline. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process data on our behalf under written data-processing agreements:

  • Resend — email delivery, used to transmit your form submission to us.
  • Microsoft Clarity — analytics, only after your consent.
  • IONOS — EU hosting and infrastructure for the Site and our self-hosted analytics.

6. International transfers

Some providers (e.g. Resend, Microsoft Clarity) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. Data retention

We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter for the period required to comply with our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • erase your data (“right to be forgotten”);
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise these rights, email hola@nexusfinlabs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

9. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you through this Site.

10. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. See our Security page for more.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, which takes effect when published on this page.
